How AGORA collects, uses, and protects information when you use the store.
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing details, order information, product preferences, messages, newsletter signup, and ambassador application. Our payment provider receives payment details; AGORA does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers. We also receive limited device, browser, IP-address, referral, security, and activity data when you use the store.
We use information to operate the store; process, fulfill, deliver, and support orders; communicate transactional updates; respond to questions; manage returns; prevent fraud and abuse; protect accounts and systems; keep required business records; improve products and the shopping experience; administer the ambassador program; and comply with law. With your consent where required, we may also send marketing or measure advertising and creator attribution.
Essential storage supports functions such as the cart, security, consent preferences, and order processing. Optional analytics or attribution technologies may record page visits, campaign parameters, product and cart activity, and completed-order details such as order number and value. You can decline optional analytics in the site's notice without affecting checkout. To reset a saved choice, you can clear this site's data in your browser or contact us for help.
We disclose information when reasonably necessary to vendors that help provide the store, including payment processors, hosting and database providers, email and customer-support providers, fraud and security services, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and creator-attribution partners. These may include Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Meta, and Trybe, depending on the feature used. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some optional advertising, analytics, or attribution activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where required, you may decline those optional technologies through the site's consent notice or ask us to process an applicable opt-out request by emailing shop@madebyagora.com.
Order, security, and support messages are transactional and may still be sent when needed to serve you. Marketing email is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing by using the link in an email or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel transactional messages about an order or an application you submitted.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. AGORA and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy protections may differ from those where you live. When required, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
