The terms that apply when you visit the AGORA store or place an order.
These Terms apply when you visit madebyagora.com, place an order, contact us, or use another feature of the AGORA store. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
We try to describe and photograph each product accurately, but colors can look different across screens and measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing. Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Inventory is held temporarily only after secure checkout begins and may be released if checkout expires or payment is not completed.
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order confirmation means we received that offer; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, an apparent pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store states otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout before you submit an order. You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the order total. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our servers.
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Our Shipping Policy provides current processing, rate, tracking, and delivery information and is part of these Terms.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after fulfillment begins. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Promotions may have separate eligibility dates and conditions. Unless we state otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases, transferred for resale, or used in a way that is deceptive or abusive. We may refuse or reverse a discount that was obtained or used contrary to its terms.
The AGORA name, logos, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to AGORA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal, noncommercial shopping. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit store content without written permission, except where the law allows it.
Do not use the store to break the law; interfere with security or normal operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit false information; access data or accounts without permission; automate abusive requests; or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, AGORA, or our service providers.
The store relies on third parties for services such as hosting, payments, shipping, communications, analytics, and attribution. Their own terms may apply when you use their services or follow an external link. We are not responsible for an independent third-party website or service that we do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. AGORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store where that limitation is lawful. Our total liability for a claim connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the store, our practices, or the law changes. The effective date below shows the latest version. Updated Terms apply prospectively when posted, unless the law requires another form of notice. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
